• KAICIID Fellows Program

We are family is a Lebanese initiative by the Lebanese KAICIID fellows of 2019.

It aims at stimulating the desire for true citizenship and shared living, by targeting families (parents and children together).
Six families from around Lebanon and from different religious backgrounds have been invited to partake in a 3-part program.
The first chapter is a 3-day training, to meet, dialogue, and be equipped.
The second chapter is a 2-day meeting, to dialogue and learn the basics of non-violent communication, and prepare a common project.
The third and final chapter is about implementing the common project that aims at reaching out to their wider communities and sharing with them the beauty and richness of the Lebanese religious and cultural diversity. This chapter targeted more than 50 children from all around Lebanon, with an activities kit, designed with professionals, as a psychological support and diversity awareness tool.
